These terms cover your use of ironforgelabs.cc, the website of Forge Labs. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
The site describes the design, web development and AI services Forge Labs offers and shows examples of past work. It is information, not a contract. Prices, timelines and deliverables for any actual project are agreed separately in writing between Forge Labs and the client, and that written agreement is what governs the project.
Contacting us through the site
When you use the contact form you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and yours to give, and that you are happy for Forge Labs to reply to you at the email address you entered. Do not use the form to send unsolicited advertising, bulk messages or anything unlawful. How we handle what you send is described in the Privacy Policy.
Ownership of this site
The text, layout, code and the Forge Labs name and logo on this site belong to Forge Labs. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse its design, text or code for your own site or business without written permission.
Client work shown in the portfolio
The portfolio shows websites Forge Labs has designed or built for clients. The names, logos, photographs and content of those businesses belong to those businesses, not to Forge Labs, and appear here only to illustrate the work that was done. Nothing in the portfolio should be read as an endorsement by those businesses of anything other than the work itself.
Links to other sites
The site links to websites operated by others, including client sites and third-party services. Forge Labs does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems, scrape it with automated tools, or use it in any way that breaks the law or harms Forge Labs or others.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the courts of New York.
